The EGR valve is a separate part to the Egr Cooler... |

Cooler can be cleaned but it's a bit of a chew. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !

The garage replaced the EGR valve, based on their scan |

When I had this the garage diagnosed a blown fuse. They replaced the fuse and it has been fine ever since.

Yes, that's the code I have. have you checked to make sure that the vacuum actuator on the bypass valve moves as it should?
