There’s a place in Sheffield does the old style plates I saw it on Wheeler Dealers.

What do other Traction Avant owners use? Is there a plate made by parts suppliers or owners clubs?
Someone else will have had the problem and found a solution.

Some early Land Rovers (late 40's into the 50's) had the registration number hand painted onto plate blanks at the dealers at the point of sale I believe - that would seem appropriate and likely historically correct for a vehicle of this vintage also? 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 Manual Dynamic

Sign writer seems the way to go given the curved nature of the plate. MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.
