Converted the interior of mine to commercial with rear seats removed, flat floor and a bulkhead behind the drivers seat - all using OE SVO parts bought from another member on here. Thumbs Up

Excuse the mess. Dogs have already made themselves at home and I haven't even finished clipping the C-pillar trims back in properly yet as still need to remove the rear seatbelts Laughing Current driveway contents:

No, that's still in place. The previous owner decided to spray the headlining and pillar covers in matt black, which I actually rather like right up to the point where you knock a piece of trim and the paint comes off Rolling with laughter

At some point I will take the pillar trims off and redo them, but this time thoroughly wash/clean the panels and use a decent plastic primer rather than the all-in-one paint that was used by the previous owner. Current driveway contents:

It looked very dark above so I had felt the ceiling may have been removed. It is a pain taking out the C & D column trim panels. You have to remove all the boot panels starting with the boot sill. But once you have done it once it is easy second time around.

Replace my intercooler, as the pesky thing had
started to leak, in fact found it was leaking in two places
both at either end.

Also replaced the oil filled engine mount plus both stabilisers!
the main mount had definitely dropped (not as much as some I've seen on here)
this is probably one of the most satisfying things I've done Thumbs Up
most spanner men could not swear the droning was the mounts (the top stabiliser was not torn)
but now it's sooooo much quieter and smoother. I love her again. Laughing

This is my Peugeot 504. In the early 1980s I built an overhead console & installed the first CD car player on the market, from Sony. KEF speakers & sub woofers & a couple of amplifiers (2 x 100 + 2 x 70 watts) & a top end Dolby C cassette player for metal TDK tapes.

I relined the ceiling with dark brown velvet & also dark brown carpet. The interior suited Peugeot Trak Yellow paint colour.

If I knew more about acoustic insulation back then, I would have done that as well.

Had to drive it 3 miles home without power steering, as the main high pressure pipe finally rusted through and failed.

Weekend break in Cornwall - Lanarth Hotel & Caravan park, very pleasant site at St Kew, about 15min from Port Isaac.

RV5 on a Front Runner rack, EcoFlow River Pro & 160W panel for the fridge/freezer and other power needs, it was a good shakedown for some longer trips I'm planning. Can definitely travel lighter - biggest weight/bulk aside from fridge and tent were the beds (OzTent King Goanna stretchers with Exped megamat 10 mattresses) and the chairs (Royal Commander) but of you're not comfortable....

The dogs coming along for the trip added to the packing complexity. Overall really happy though, with some stuff going on the roof that would have normally gone in the car. Still happily held 70 on the A30 on the climbs through Bodmin Moor and averaged 28mpg over the weekend. Current driveway contents:

How fast do you travel under 'Dog Power' , as I see that you have 2 harnessed up ready to move.

Has their fuel increased in price as much as diesel? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)

(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

We got about 30mpb (metres per bunny), but with just 2blp (brake Labrador power) the performance wasn't very exciting. Excellent traction though!

The campsite owner did offer us their premium fuel (peacocks) but we found that caused a misfire, with one dog spontaneously going into reverse. It also led to an increase in emissions. Current driveway contents:
