United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Orkney Grey

Cheers. It's great I have to say, 12 x 8 m, plenty of space to store and work on several cars at once. Pool table in one corner, toilet and sink in another. Steel framed and steel clad it's cold in winter but better than working outside.
Love the series 3, one of those would be a nice stablemate for the mini! Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I take it there is something bigger than an 850 in that? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Would have been a 998 originally on mine as its a 1982 model... but yes, got a 1330cc engine in it with various goodies on it. Had it tuned by AC Dodd recently, making about 88hp which is pretty respectable in a classic mini (not by modern car standards clearly Smile )

By way of comparison, my M.G. on the previous page produces 48 bhp at 6,000 rpm from 890 cc. Standard is 847 cc and 36 bhp but it’s overbored by 60 thou., with modified cam and larger carbs. It was quite an engine in its day - sohc, crossflow head and, of course, the ubiquitous twin SUs. But cable operated brakes!
