I can remember buying the original BAT OUT OF HELL , and playing it on a Garrard turntable which had a little red strobe light , supposedly for getting the RPM spot on . The problem of course , is , as you see your teenage idols drop off the perch , you realise that you’re on the conveyor belt too !
