Speaker fixings replacement (nut 4.2x6.7x6.7)

Can anyone tell me how I can remove the speaker screw housings?
They are strongly anchored. Do we need to disintegrate them, perhaps using the drill, or is there another less traumatic system? To fix the new ones, just insert them or is it necessary to use some tools?

The LR code is this: BNP4106 (NUT PLASTIC 4.2 X 6.7 X 6.7 SPEAKER) I show you the image of the spare part to be replaced.

I thank everyone for your contributions Thumbs Up
