Scotland 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey
Auto XS code reader

Aldi have an XS code reader in their special bus.
Anybody have any experience of this unit.
Just for a quick scan Jim A

I’ve got one of these cheap code readers.
They are limited, but will clear codes. Mine does anyway, along with a couple of other functions.
The limitation is that it will read the code, but then you have to look it up in the booklet that comes with it. It doesn’t tell you what needs doing, but you do have a starting point
It has saved me money on three occasions now over two vehicles. A work colleague borrowed it for his car and it helped him out.
At £12 you can’t expect too much but I think they are good value for money.

Looking around the Autel Ap200 seems quite good.
Maybe go down that route. Jim A
