I heard a slight noise that sounded like a loose exhaust when accelarating and i remembered that this was a sign ofr leaking injector seal. sSo I inspeted and saw the black tar around one injector.I loosened the injector clamp a little and started the engine, agter 3seconds the injector popped loose and i stopped engine imidiately. I removed pipe from commonrail to injector, leak back hose and electric plug on injector. Then I cleaned everything and cut seat (very little was needed). I replaced everything and fitted new copper washer. Now engine cranks but wont start.
I have done this whole process before on two other injectors with no problem, but I cant remember if there was something maybe you have to do with the fuel lines or something else before you start again?
