Give Duplicut in Sutton Coldfield a call - I've not used them personally but friends have recommended them in teh past.

Thanks for that Simon, I'll give them a try. I'm not going to be back in the UK until at least Friday so will call them and if they can do it, I'll send the missus to get sorted. Thanks from 1 Simon to another. |

Thanks for that commie. But you know what, I've got a gap id tool that's linked to my fatty, so I'm going to spend the £60 and get it linked to the fl2 as well and I do believe I can programme the key via the gap id tool. I completely forgot I had one, it's an excellent bit of kit it really is. Had anybody on here used the gap id tool to link the key to a fl2? Would be interesting to hear if they have and how easy can it be? |

Didn't know a Gap can programme keys. Last time I messaged them, they said no it couldn't do keys

Mr chips,I do believe it can code keys but I'm not sure what models. I bought the gap id to do various settings on the car and sure I read there's only certain models that can be programmed, unless I've misread it. I will take a look at the instructions later when I've parked up for the night. |

Autel and aftermarket keys worked for me and others here, there's a thread on how to do that.

Hey Simon, I gave duplicut a call this morning, (Saturday) and the missus took the car there and supplied a new key fob, programmed and blade cut for £100. All works perfect, thanks for the info there Simon. They are a really great company to deal with, highly recommended. |
