Mine, renewed last November with Hastings Direct was £245. Hastings have been ok with me for a number of years but I totally agree with binning any notion of loyalty unless it works in your favour rather than theirs. |

Insurance quotes on here are meaningless with giving the excess charge and the annual estimated mileage. Please add those to the posts. |

Dont know your actual details Jim but taking it that you have sold one car and replaced it with the FL2 then would think that is just a change of vehicle on your existing policy with an adjustment of the annual premium charged pro-rata for the remaining period with a possible admin charge on top. (£25ish?) if you have not sold the other car yet, then yes a new policy is required for your new FL2 and the NCB can not be used twice so would give a high premium What I can confirm is I have had 3 cars within a one year policy a couple of years back, I did the change of vehicle on line and charged no admin just paid the pro-rata difference for one and had a refund for the other. Have you spoke with with the Forum sponsors they are very good . my first ever FL2 and I did keep it longer than most other cars! But its now gone way up Norf |
