Finally found a decent HSE Lux and took the plunge and bought it. Love how it drives and it is much quieter and refined than my old 2009 TD4. The only niggle I have with it is an occasional lumpy shift between 3 and 4th under load. Not enough to jolt me in my seat but noticeable. My old TD4 auto box was silky smooth. Is this normal for the SD4 auto box or potentially the early signs of a solenoid fault? It is intermittent and mainly occurs when the car is slowing and shifting from 4th to 3rd. Any advice would be much appreciated. |
