Welcome PKYP Wish you the best with your new babe! It's a fabulous car, you'll see. I have the i6 and even enjoy it in traffic jams! So will you Carl when you get your auto diesel. Btw old man, don't grumble about that, at least you have rain and about 20 (according to the news), we reached 46 in Athens yesterday and we have all got hot now! |

I'm lucky if I get 33 MPG, drove through Holland on cruise control, kept to 70 and only registered at 33MPG after 200miles! - HSE 2.0L auto |

David, Do you keep a paper record of fuel/miles? That would indicate if the mpg has really change or if its a display error on the trip computer. I had first software updates, At present have not had any fail to start episodes, or trip resets. However the CD has given up completely (its locked up with a CD in it) been waiting four weeks to get that fixed. Also, the level at which the low fuel warning light comes on has changed. It now turns on a just below a quarter on the gauge, where it used to come on much lower. This is no big deal but it does show how these software downloads can cure one problem and introduce another.... guess thats what happens when you have a car full of computers. |
