Recently I have noticed a mysterious D symbol appearing in the bottom of the message centre on the dashboard. Any ideas what this means? See attached photo. |

I assume this is only seen when you have the auto box in command shift!?

In Command Shift it shows a number indicating the gear currently engaged rather than D or S doesn't it? |

Ahhhh.....last time I beat somebody of the traffic light Grand Prix I had it in D for Drag, beat him up to 40 mph then shifted into R for Race and the transmission blew up.......bloody temperamental these Freelanders Regards David Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me...... Ahhhh that explains why the car would work in Day mode but would never move in Night mode....
