Workshop Manual Freelander

Can anyone point me to where the workshop manual is on the Internet.
I have downloaded it last month and now its disappeared fro my Desktop. I can only it gone after a free trial with pdf . Is ther any way of capturing this without it disappearing please.

That’s great , thanks guys . I have downloaded to Dropbox , so how do I send to laptop for easier read . IE. Put to my mail and open there?

The pdf is only 290Mb

If you've put the pdf file on Dropbox then your laptop will automatically copy it to its dropbox file , assuming you've put dropbox on your laptop and sync it.

You could also copy it to a USB stick and transfer the file that way. Jules

For reasons Im not sure of, desktop PCs dont often have blue tooth capability unlike laptops.

Is it because Bluetooth was devised as a phone transfer conduit and PCs already had LAN and router wifi instead?

I like the history :
Bluetooth is the Anglicised version of the Scandinavian Blåtand/Blåtann (or in Old Norse blátǫnn). It was the epithet of King Harald Bluetooth who united dissonant Danish tribes into a single kingdom, the implication being that Bluetooth unites communication protocols. Jules

Ok I have a small dongle , , two ways to do this I suppose. If I use the three dots at the top right of the file in the dropbox what part of the menu do i use to do the bluetooth transfer please . Otherwise if I install gmail dropbox does that pick up iphones dropbox. Or which dropbox do i download to laptop . Sorry not great with these file transfers.

Horses for courses.
Bluetooth is slow but doesnt need a cable whereas USB is much faster but obviously does need a cable.

Took 32 seconds to transfer the pdf file to a USB 3.0 stick Jules

I have spent hours doing this transfer , I even downloaded dropbox and I have nt a clue what is happening , I have on my iphone and somehow on my laptop without a search facility. I think I am going to delete everything , can someone send to me somehow this manual. If I open dropbox on my windows laptop it just goes to a notepad!!!

Help!
Ok managed to send to myself by email but there is no search facility on the pages. Can I activate this somewhere please?

what are you using to read the pdf file ?

I use Adobe reader. you get a list of the chapters and subchapters in the left column.

Is your computer a PC or an Apple ? If the latter then I cannot offer you much help. Jules
