A common fault is the starter solenoid. A repair kit is available from Ebay to sort out the issue. You can check the starter by putting 12 volts direct to the solenoid with a set of jump leads. When you say the starter doesn`t engage do you mean nothing happens or the starter spins without turning the engine? |

Are your Glow Plugs activating? - Or are you getting any error codes showing?
