I fully understand the process, thank you.

The BBC are still reporting this morning -
"Twitter tags a series of tweets by Donald Trump as disputed - he is yet to concede the US election"

Most world leaders have messaged Biden and congratulated him on his election. The writing is on the wall as they say. If a general is aware that he cannot win a battle should he fight on to the last man if there is no strategic or tactical advantage to be gained? Don't be stupid, acknowledge that the result is sure. Even if he concedes and ends up winning (the only way he knows how - litigation) it doesn't change the result.
As for Trump, he has made a slew of allegations that so far have no basis in fact.
Thankfully Trump is done for. May the IRS and FBI go to town on his sad arse. MY11 SD4 SE Auto

The BBC has been talking to Gabriel Montalvo, He says:

The mainstream media has jumped the gun projecting that Biden will win the electoral college.

Nothing has changed since yesterday and President Trump's campaign has signalled that he will mount vigorous legal action in multiple swing states on Monday.

The American political process continues and this is the media playing psychological warfare to make President Trump seem like a sore loser in the court of public opinion.

It's not over .......................

Even the Russian's understand ,

Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, has given an update.

“The correct thing to do is wait for the official result,” he said. He referred to the “legal procedures” announced by Donald Trump.

US election results are never official until final certification, which occurs in each state in the weeks following the election.

All I know is that I am better off this morning, with Trump on his way out.

The Stock Market hates uncertainty (and chaos), the FTSE100 and long term investments are looking up.

I am now hoping that we can solve the other uncertainties i.e. Covid-19, Brexit and/or Boris, and get back to more normal times. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

US media have noted that an independent government agency has yet to sign an important letter that facilitates the transfer of power between Trump and Biden.

The General Services Administration (GSA) signs paperwork that allows the transition team access to government officials, office space, equipment and funds.

According to the Washington Post, the letter amounts to a formal declaration by the federal government - outside of the media - of the winner of the presidential race,

Now the BBC are acting as 'Judges' giving 'their' opinion on election matters voiced by Trump.

When will the BBC and other media ............ just report FACTs !!!! ..... not their opinion.

If they just report facts where will the sensational news be that people seem to demand now? Common sense isn't very common.

Vice-President Mike Pence has tweeted today that he has instructed his White House team that the election "ain't over" yet.

Nope, sorry, not independent.............. he is a Trump appointee sitting on his hands. Not sure if he is an acting or was senate confirmed but since the senate now runs without a min 60 vote rule, not sure it matters. You sure know if Trump can put his tiny thumb on the scale, he will.

Of course he’s going to say that. He’s as keen as DT to stay in office as long as he can. They should face the fact (as any rational individual has done) that it’s not going to happen.
And as far as the UK media is concerned, its clearly upsetting you so don’t listen to any of it.

Those of you who remember the 2000 US election, the 'FINAL' decision between Gore and Bush, over votes in Florida, was not decided until mid December, we have a way to go yet. Also that election Gore did the same as Biden, is currently doing, acting as if HE had won.
