I would keep a very close eye on the front loading of the roof rail. Most of your load is over the front. If you can shift the front cross bar forward as much as possible it would be better. That's where the extrusions on my roof rails started cracking even with the front cross bar as forward as possible.

If I put the front rail further forward, it will 'belly the tent out' on the longitudinal rails and will also make the base sit uneven.

When I had my roof platform on I had in effect a 3rd & 4th cross bar with rubber blocks firm down onto the rails (now replaced with 4 crossbars). The platform I completely rebuilt narrowing the gaps between extrusions. It was a great place to move around on to take photos, but from this standpoint I could see the stress on the rails.
