So put an LR sticker on it and it jumps in price from 3 quid to 47 quid ? Wonder if that would work with anything else.? |

Nah; I have an original Acme Thunderer which probably cost me about two and thruppence a few years ago and will still knock the ears off anyone standing too close*, including half blind referees.

I'm sure that was quite tongue in cheek. Land Rover would never gouge MY11 SD4 SE Auto |

Land Rover Magic Beans eh? Just what I have been looking for. What trim level are they, how many previous owners and how long is the warranty? |

Knew I had one somewhere. It's been in the Missus' car keys for a couple of years. Came free with one of the Landy mags.

It's a long story but about 10 years ago I was given the task of buying 35 Acme Thunderer whistles at very short notice for a marketing event. It's actually very difficult since sports shops might have a few in stock but none will have 35 and how many sports shops are there in a town anyway? I ended up driving around several towns and clearing them out of whistles. Even nowadays I would guess that it would take multiple orders from eBay and Amazon and I needed them that day. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
