I'd start by popping out the air intake grille on the passenger side wing and check the intake duct is secured tightly, there's a screw through the middle of it that can work loose.

Just a word of caution, the self-tapping screw holding the duct screws into a plastic insert in the inner wing, this strips easily if overtightened, possibly why they work loose in the first place. |

I had one that I couldn't find in much the same audible area as you. Turned out to be the rear view mirror vibrating at odd engine revs. Weird but true ... gave it a swift left hook and it's cured . |

Have you checked the Air Cleaner box? Its secured and sits on some rubber grommet things underneath. They can fall off if the air cleaner is removed. I had this once after a service. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
