The seat backs are almost flat when down & are absolutely flat if you take out the head rests. If the seat bases are in the way just unscrew them with a star key, T40 from memory! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

I find the boot space with the seats down is actually better (and much easier to use) than my old Disco 2 and it's much easier to fold / raise them. As I very rarely have people in the back I've removed the headrests and store them in the garage for use if required. Ian.

How long would the loading area be with seat bases removed? Thanks, Peter |

Length 62-63" or 157cm-160cm dependent of how far forward/back the front seats are. |
