LR have a history of letting early adopters be R&D on the cheap. We had an early FL1 with poorly matched IRD ratio, meaning that it consumed tyres (10K) rear diffs, IRD unit and propshafts(5). The later BMW engined one was very reliable and competent. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Thanks - so after a lot of research I have order a new DC D180 Se R Dynamic - which will be built Sept - hoping my 4th LR will be 'sound' 2011 XS,Sumatra Black, GONE MARCH 2014- RR Evoque Prestige 5 door ,MY 2014,Loire Blue, Silver Roof, Panoramic roof.
