Richard Hammond recreated this advert on Top Gear using a Series 1. It's an impossible feat, done with clever editing and camera angles.

I can't really see how the rear suspension works, but those driveshafts are working at a very acute angle.

Just got myself booked in to try one out, got to be fun and what the hell unless somebody leaves me a shed load of money i'm never going to have/drive one. Common sense isn't very common. _______________________________ 2007 Land Rover Freelander2 I6 hse Auto |

Wheel carriers are ok. Make the door lighter to open and less prone to slamming on you when on a cross slope. The carrier bearings are heavy duty, the weight is distributed to more solid structures than the door hinges. A good move. MY11 SD4 SE Auto |
