Non Land Rover “proper” garage in November charged me £375 to supply and fit the cambelt, waterpump, tensioner kit. LR dealer is a lot more expensive so use their price in your negotiation at 550 - 700 quid plus anything else that they find in the process.

It won't necessarily need a cambelt change, I bought my 07 last year with 130k. It had a cambelt in 2016 at 108k so should be good for another few years or 220k.

I think most people on here would point you towards Bell Engineering for any Haldex servicing. I've seen numbers under the 200quid mark thrown around. Unfortunately bit far for me to drive.
