I am part of the class action group (although it’s not called that in the UK) and recently had that very same update regarding the litigation, things are moving but very slowly.......the UK appears to be in a unique position, and not easily covered by what some would call “logic” regarding a lawful outcome.

According to the FT. Six more VAG managers have been charged with fraud ...by failing to disclose the existence of cheat devices. Plus 3 more for aiding and abetting in causing 9 million vehicles to be illegally registered.

'Class Action' takes years .... sometimes 10's of years. Brits won't wait that long for recourse.

I do remember a Princess being quoted as saying "Sex is good for one, but it's better with two"

Well I know Harry needs another job now but re-instating British Leyland is going too far, unless of course they make a model for the Canadian market? Regards David Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me...... Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again...... |
