I tend to listen to radio and such at around the 16-18 mark and don't need to adjust it for the phone. Max on mine goes up to around the 40 mark I believe |

Can’t you adjust whilst on a call using the steering wheel volume controls. |

Maximum it goes to is 30 and it’s medium at best. |

Is it still too low if you adjust the volume on your vehicles info screen higher then use the steering wheel volume controls whilst on a call? Maybe your phone is at fault. Try pairing a different phone perhaps. |

Not sure of your vehicle age n spec but look for AVC (ADAPTIVE VOLUME CONTROL) in the settings. |

Try turning the volume up on the phone itself during the call, I had the same problem with my iPhone and during a call used the volume buttons to increase the volume, it works perfectly now. |

We have discussed this before, I seem to remember that there are methods of controlling and monitoring the 'Bluetooth' mic phone levels, unfortunately I can't find it at the moment. .
