Trim Panel Rivets

I'm planning on installing some side steps to my car, watching some videos on line, it seems quite simple..

But I know for a fact I'm going to break those panel rivets getting the side trim off.

Does anyone know what size I need to buy in advance?

I recently had to buy a set of fastenings for the lower trim panel after a jacking incident (all pilot error) and have many of them left over.
So if you tell me exactly what you wish me to measure I will be happy to oblige.
The part numbers I bought are LR106831, RYQ500070
These were all ridiculously expensive from Land Rover coming in at well over £30 for a few bits of plastic.
So let me know

I emailed the company I bought the sidesteps from and they told me to get these:

https://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/ga...ets-hfx363

Those kind of look like the RYQ500070 ones.

I've not taken mine off yet, I might go grab a box of the ones from Halfords before I start.

Thanks for the offer, I'll let you know once I get the things off.
