Not necessarily too good to be true. I don't know Western and have never used them, but I believe they will supply a reconditioned rack on an exchange basis - that is, you will send your old rack back to them, they will then recondition it and supply it to the next customer. So you're really just paying for reconditioning, not a whole new rack. |

I've used WPS a few times, for steering boxes, and they have ways been spot on
