I would clean the screen with barkeepers friend then a good wash with apc,I’ve recently done the car with ceramic sealant including the screen it’s like the wipers are oiled they run so smooth also rain just runs off. |

Neat screen wash cleans the screen of grease/traffic film too. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

It could be the wiper arms have been twisted slightly when previously changing blades, the actual wiper rubber holder should be sitting 90 degrees to the screen at centre wipe, if not they wipers will judder as the rubber cannot "flip" to wipe rather than push on one direction or the other. Regards
