2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Firenze Red

Yes nut, one wheel has corrosion & another wheel has loose lacquer. LR wouldn’t replace them but gave me £300 to spend with LR on anything I want.. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

What’s the name of the independent garage in Dundee? I’ve found a few in the area but nothing in Dundee. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

My local Dealer is Guy Salmon Bristol. I'm not sure how they price services, but the actual price paid more or less matched their quote and seemed reasonable for a main dealer.

While the car is under extended warranty I will continue to use them. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

I have noticed on ours all the wheels have some small areas of flaked paint on the wheels (not too surprising after 13 years) uncovering a coating (grey) underneath, and although the paint flaking isn’t good the resulting patches aren’t to noticeable and the coating seems intact and no actual corrosion of the alloy is visible.

Leaving them well alone for now
