I really like the waistline tuck that harks back to the original Defender and Series Landrovers. Much better than the slab sided Discovery 3/4 Jules

Good job I looked at this when you first posted it. Looks like it's been taken down as that link just directs you to all the Lego Technic stuff now. Maybe JLR had a word.......... Whistle

Not so sure about Defender replacement but it surely is going to be a spiritual replacement for the Discovery for those that lament the passing of the “Land Rover” look of the D5......it should be every bit as refined on road as the D4 along with that “look at me I’m dropping the kids at school then going to cross the Kalahari before teatime” look. Rolling with laughter Regards

David

I understand that toy companies usually have early sight of things like Landrover, JCB, Massey Ferguson etc. I once met a guy who sold excavators and he had a great collection of the latest models. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

Apparently Lego are the biggest tyre manufacturer in the world. Nothing to fit an FL2 though. Rolling with laughter
