Got a similar problem on mine but suspect low pressure pump in fuel tank |

As above, had same sort of issue with a Porsche last year, kept cutting out at crucial times otherwise drove great, in the end it turned out to be low pressure from the fuel pump.

Should have chance to fo it tomorrow then at least it will be one thing of the list of what could be the problem. I hate these type of faults that you just have to change things and hope to cure it. Sometimes I think it best to just let it totally breakdown and then fix the problem |

When I had the cut out on overtake I got a Crankshaft Position Sensor fault code.

Yes, I was referring to the HP pump (although mine was petrol obviously), the HP pump was not producing enough pressure thus restricting fuel to the engine. Regards

Thanks to this thread I have managed to fix the same issue I had. Crankshaft Position Sensor supplied by Duckworth's fitted today and like magic... all fixed.

Mine was as per - Crank Shaft Senor solved problem - 30 min job.
