Took my FL2 to the stealers today for their second attempt at fixing the knocking noise whilst also in for a replacement 'faulty' drivers seat and the PTC heater thingy. Took a technician on a testdrive before I left and he is of the same opinion as me that the creaking/knocking noise is coming from the rear passenger door and NOT suspension related (despite them saying on the first attempt it was suspension related and replaced loads of bits).

the drivers seat had a tendancy to move ever so slightly forward when i braked and backward when i accelerated. it was only a slight movement but enough for me to notice and have it investigated. LR have acknowledged that this is a known fault with some FL2's which can be remedied with a new fixing kit - except mine which for some reason needs a complete drivers seat transplant!! |

so now the ptc will heat up like a sauna, so you loose enough weight not to ruin the drivers seat again At work

Unless it's a perforated leather seat... the smell must get unbareble over time |
