United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Firenze Red
[For Sale] M Y13 GS now available

We buy any car today values my car at £9,300. A number of new spares can be included, full B service kit and cam belt kit with ancillary belt and crank bolt all Land Rover parts, a set of new mintex brake pads plus whatever’s is in the parts box in the garage. Tow bar, only used on small trailer.

Firenze red with Winter pack at 69,200 miles. Reg is YJ13NFV, mats and full size spare. Willing to sell with new 12 months MOT subject to a sensible price being agreed.

One ex Land Rover mechanic owner from new and offers on the WBAC bid will be seriously considered.

Vastly overserviiced so if that is a problem any unhappy pikes need not bid Rolling Eyes

My wife will probably need a 4WD under warranty soon due to me not being able now do the same maintenance on the FL2 as I have been used too. I am going to get a price on a variety of new cars to include the Landmark Discovery Sport. Would be up for the new Defender but it’s a year away and by then I could be as well unless I am offered some radical treatment early this New Year. Shocked FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Do you not know a independent garage that could do the maintenance for you ? If the car has been looked after and maintained as you say £9,300 is peanuts. If you do buy a new LR three years time you are back in the same boat with warranty.

If you want to Censored the neighbours off you need to buy a car transporter - nothing like a tatty commercial vehicle parked on the road outside your house to Censored them off. You could always put a scrap car on it with all the windows smashed and a couple of quilts in so that the aforesaid neighbours cats get to sleep/ Censored in it, then leave it there for 9 months.

that way you get to keep the Freelander, as it is going to be more reliable and cheaper to run than any other 4x4, even if you use the local LR indie to do all the servicing.

And yes that's just what we did to the neighbours - that'll teach them to keep their noses out of my business.
Very Happy

Son's still got the transporter, quite handy as he likes Audis and they make Disco Sports look reliable. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

Actually Jack I have very nice neighbours either side of us and a field in front. Not quite as blessed behind but maybe that’s life today. It’s still nice to put a new car in the drive every so often though as they get company cars often. Mind you selecting one is the issue, so would I be better keeping the FL2 and accepting the indie does all the work, going for a year old replacement or going brand new ? FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
