Yes we know but me and Bob live in Yorkshire where thankfully as I ve posted many times before we get 12k miles/12 month servicing on Subaru and a 5 year warranty . I don’t go off-roading in the desert pulling a trailer , I go fishing and shooting in nice green fields . I wouldn’t know a towball weight if I saw one . I have zero interest in towing . I’m just telling Bob what an alternative to a FL2 could be . As far as the satnav thing Bob , Yes I get Traffic Announcements on the radio , and also the Sat Nav will offer alternative routes based on congestion , but please bear in mind it was registered in April 2016 . I’m not fully au fair with all of the anacronyms, in your quote , what I do know is I’ve got 80% of the satnav warning turned off otherwise it would be chirping some bit of irrelevant info every 20 yards . Your right George , I generally only do go out when the roads are quiet , it’s called bring a gentleman of leisure Whats the point in partaking in the rat race when you can just wake up a think .. fishing , Shooting, lunching , loafing . I ‘ll leave the running of the country , rush hours , rat race and the worry of looking good to you dynamic types , I’ve opted out of that but I promise you before I use my 2021 state Pension to replace the Scooby I’ll ring you to see what passes the Farmer Street Cred test in your neck of the woods 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership 2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . a friend of mine had a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder which used for fishing, taking the dogs out and also towing a large tin tent. But he got sick of it costing a fortune to run with low mpg and high tax.

Just check out what you could buy a new one for on the Broadspeed website first Bob. There might not be a whole lot in it ,Although you might have to play the VAG game of signing for PCP to get the biggest discount , then pay it off if that’s what you want to do . 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership
