Hope a dog hasn't cocked its leg up your tyre recently, was the offending water of a slightly yellow tinge? |

If you have not done it yet, install a few long as you can lengths of copper pipe back & forth along the coldest wall slightly down hill with a drain and reservoir at bottom & vertical upwards feed to air outlet. That will condensate most of the moisture in a cool climate. The problem we have down under in the outback is when there is humidity, is letting the tyres down day after day for the on & off road cycle! You can end up with a lot of moisture laden air cycled through the tyres after a week of this process. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device! I have this problem with my F2. The three double drain holes are a bit small, OK for water but I get a lot of gunge from nearby trees and it blocks them. I find a large cable tie, because they are flexible and have the square bit on the end, poked down the holes once a week keeps them clear. A handy place to keep the cable tie is in the hollow in the midddle of the rubber bonnet seal at the back of the bonnet. Handily the square bit of the cable tie can be hooked over the screen washer pipe to stop it going all the way in to the seal. J |

Peugeot sloshing noise update. Poked around with a length of coat hanger which would just reach the drain hole, sudden gurgling sound followed by big wet patch under the car. Job's a good'n 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
