One thing I’ve noticed whenever Sky News publish a story about the doom and gloom of Brexit, the comments section explodes with the leave camp saying things like:

We were only given the referendum to vote on so the Conservatives could see off UKIP. It backfired as we were supposed to say remain. If they had stipulated it had to be a 60 to 40 margin not a simple majority we would not be in this mess. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Just as well I have a passport for each hemisphere! While we are still part of the Commonwealth there is plenty of room to move down here before things go completely pear shaped! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

EU only ever wanted us for our money and we were always seen as the noisy neighbour. If not they would have bent a tad towards Cameron's requests over immigration and not sent him away with a Non!!!

Could be Ian as it seems a lot of companies have an easy scapegoat in Brexit.

I agree with JulesK: Brexit is a very convenient scapegoat for an industry that's over producing as a whole. Supply and demand - too much supply and not enough demand. There are far more cars out there already than there are owners. The second hand market is saturated with vehicles. One only has to look at eBay, Autotrader, Exchange and Mart ,Gumtree etc to see just how many surplus vehicles are out there, that's without all the thousands of new cars being churned out by the manufacturers every week. This cannot be sustained at the rate it is.

Ian what you propose is similar to what the Japanese do ............. this is why we get their 'cast-off' vehicles.
