Pardon me for being stupid but can anyone wth any knowledge of the fuse for the rear tailgate point me in the right direction, please. I have checked online and the hand book but it doesn't appear to be very clear. Is it luggage compartment or rear door, left or right side?? Freelander 2, 2014 HSE.

Just fit a new tailgate switch as they are cheap and easy to do. Rules out the problem or even cures it. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Fuses on MY13 on cars are not in same positions as early cars (if at all for some circuits).

Thanks Yorky, I've ordered a new switch to save anymore frustration with that issue. Just a pity the guides weren't a bit clearer. It's still under warranty but some things are better done yourself. |

There are 2 types of switches as they come with a loom. I was given the wrong one by the York LR dealer !
