Sounds very much like your MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor. Doesn't always show a fault code and is relatively cheap to swap out.

As the recon turbo has introduced a new series of problems it may be at fault and a long and meaningful discussion may be needed with the supplier /fitter now as to what they intend to do to correct this.

Shame you are not nearby as I have one that I tried on my car that did not clear the issue I had (EGR unit in the end). Senor cost me about £60. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years FL2 MY13 TD4 GS Current Last edited by Yorky Bob on 27th Sep 2018 9:12 am. Edited 1 time in total |

The Garage that fitted the turbo are being very helpful and I cannot fault their customer service, but they too are pulling their hair out.
