I've not looked at the Freel2 system, but it's normal for there to be at least one front and one rear ride height sensor (the sensor is normally attached to the body, with a linkage to the suspension), so the BCM can alter the headlamp aim based on vehicle load. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

i cant say for Freelanders , but the merc i had previously had xenons and had sensors both front and rear so that the headlights were automatically adjusted |
