As above its not about the ability to tow a weight but the nose weight on the towbar which takes into account the load it transfers onto the suspension system.

Fl2 noseweƬght is 250kg at a maximum of 60mph or 100kph, see the handbook addendum

Now that's the sort of figure I was expecting, as while trying to find a way to do it, I found that the Americans go by a tenth of the maximum tow weight.

It's mainly to do with storage space at home, I don't have any!

I use PF Jones for towing stuff they are specialists and know what they are doing
