Assuming Evoke & FL2 same then Heater and seat adjustment system are separate, hopefully the info below will get you started on where to look:

Thanks for the all info. I'll be calling into the garage on Tuesday to push for it to be looked at under warranty.

If the Evoque is similar to FL2, then each seat has its own dedicated fuse, just for the heat pad and seat temperature control.

Ok. So fuses checked (they appear to be the same as FL2 fuses as passenger is Fb4 in the boot panel) and relay checked (which also covers HDC and DSC functions)

update from me - heated seat pad replaced under warranty and all working ok.
