So help me I'm going to throttle someone!!

Afternoon,

Is there anyone from LR customer service or better still Stratstones on this forum?

I could really do with some advice. I'm getting fobbed off and lied to regarding what should is a very minor extended warranty job by my local dealers.

Oh and it would appear that they're charging LR for replacement parts they haven't fitted

I won't go near Stratstone if I can avoid them,!
The nearest 3 dealers for me are all Stratstone so I travel an extra 40 min to go elsewhere instead!

Then I would think that lubrication and a bit of wiggling would have solved problem.

Then again, I'm guessing what the whole story was. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 79k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)
