iPod Nano

Discovered an old iPod Nano indoors and thought I might give it a whirl in the car. From what I can gather from searching some old threads on here, all I need is a 3.5mm cable, and plug it straight into the jack in the centre console (it's a 63 plate) and that should give me connectivity through the touchscreen. Don't want the expense of a holder/charger initially.
Thanks

Thumbs Up since found the correct cable indoors and it’s not a 3.5mm so luckily won’t have to go and buy one. Now to see if it works in the car - seems I got 1103 tracks downloaded Wink

Have you not got a USB port in the central bit between the seats ?

Yes; as you'll see from my earlier edit, I managed to find the original cable and all's working
