No doubt you will be tied into expensive servicing so coupled with that it may not quite the offer you want or need. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

It just says I have to stick to manufacturer guidelines and be able to evidence this. I can take it anywhere reputable but have to phone them first and provide details before the claim can be authorized.

Having watched my son trying to get money out of Warranty Direct for his Porsche a couple of times I decided never to bother with 3rd party warranties. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I bought my 2009 HSE from Hunters LandRover last year and as part of the deal got a three year Inchcape used car warranty from them for £687.

In my experience it's not the dealer that's the problem, it's the insurance backed warranty company that approves the work. Will they cover diagnostic work or dismantling etc? My son had a problem with one of the front radiators on his Porsche 911, it was clear that the fan wasn't working (you could see it) but we had to pay for the front of the car to come off and then wait for a few days for an inspector to come and visit and agree that the fan had failed. They paid for the fan but we then had an argument about paying for the dismantling work and the insurance excess. We had another issue with a pop up headlamp washer on another Porsche (which are a legal requirement if you have Xenons) but they wouldn't pay up saying that they were not electric (they pop up under pressure!). Hopefully Inchcape are better than this. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Rog your car would not have done enough miles to need a clutch and any problem would have been caused by the spotty faced youth that took the box out in the first place. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

it had 80k on the clock... so clutch may well have been about due, however it was fine before the gearbox swap. The changes into 1st and 2nd were very clunky and notchy after the swap and difficult to get in gear sometimes, |
