Following I've got a 2013 Dynamic that is running the original 2012 maps (I used the tutorial from YouTube below to find out the present version) and as I'm planning on keeping the car a while I figured it was worth updating the maps.

Latest map version is 2017 for Uk and Northern Europe, although on map data shows 2016, I’ve spoken to Here Nav and past updates seem to come out around August September so I wouldn’t update until the next version is released, |

Interesting. This site is offering the 2018-2019 version (which I assumed would be 2018 maps)? https://www.satnavishop.co.uk/2018-2019-la...-706-p.asp |

The DVD based map system used in vehicles up to 2013 facelift has a latest (and probably final) release of 2017/18 data - please remember that LR have NOT sanctioned a new release since the 2015/16 data all later discs are based on the Subaru Core 2 system discs.

If Dorset is anything to go by I don't think there have been any new roads built in the last 30 years. We were promised an upgrade to part of the A31 by John Major's government at about the same time as the "cones hotline" if anyone remembers that. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I had an email from tomtom this morning to update as: "Starting July 1st, speed limits throughout France will be lowered from 90km/h to 80km/h for secondary roads without median strips. "

TomTom had an interim map release for the French speed limit changes in the last week of June. |

The info on that 2018-2019 update to the map is exactly the same info shown on the official Here Navigation site for 2017, which I assure you is a 2016 map. Here Navigation are Land Rovers official map partner and supply maps for all Land Rover vehicles, (new vehicles have to have the latest map downloaded from this site at pdi if their maps are not on so card) |

Oh well for £100 I bought them from here and updated on Saturday morning. All working as expected after taking about 3 hours to fully load the new maps. |

Ive just changed from a 2013 FL2 with what I believe was Gen 2.1 to a 2011 Evoque. Will this map update also work on the Evoque as the website states its for Gen 2.1 upwards and im not sure if the early Evoque's were a different version.
