Had 1 before, 5 door Pure spec with around 80k on clock from LR Approved, loved it but it turned out to be an accident damaged wreck.

You are changing to an older car?, apart from the road tax I cant imagine the running costs will be significantly cheaper.

for an older car the condition is outstanding throughout and it will have a personal plate on anyway

My Velar has turned out to be a lemon, it’s in the dealers with EGR issues so I’ll be looking around at the end of the year. XC60 seems to be topping my list. I do love the Velar so I’ll see how the rest of the year goes. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200 |

that's not good on a 50 grand car... JLR really need to get their fingers out if they want to justify a high premium brand asking price.

LR is the only manufacturer that ticks all the boxes for me. So it’s a tough one. I’ve had it fairly easy as regards to troubles with my LR ownership, it’s only the second time in 11 years I’ve had to phone LR Assist, who this time were useless, not the techs but the call centre. I suppose it’s unfair not to take my share of issues like other owners

RogB - all the best with the new (to you) motor. Life is to short to stay still if something doesn't work for you anymore.

slightly lighter cars due to bodywork and this one is manual where my FL2 is auto. The Ewok auto is similar running costs to the Fl2 auto I believe. |
