Afraid not pal I'm not that clued up but to me it does sound electrical,weird how it happens when you ok the post code,if it were my pic I would say it's a software issue. |

Sounds a little bit like a CAN BUS issue, something causes the CAN BUS to crash and the relay clunk you hear is the BCM resetting the BUS. I would suggest this is some bad software, but I suspect you'd tell me you haven't changed anything electrical? |

I have FIXED the problem. Yippee. I bought a replacement DVD unit for under the drivers seat from a salvage co on ebay and changed it over (used old discs) and hey presto. No crashsing out!! £82 cost |
