I thought there were only 7, 2 of which were used in anger for the recce of the route, but I may be wrong.

If you can't get hold of a genuine G4, you could always consider a Tambora Flame FL2 and give it the G4 extras & decals.

G4 Wanabee - Is that really a good thing? It strikes me as akin to putting Turbo badges and pretend alloy wheel trims on a shopping spec run about.

Should have kept that colour in the options list, really striking Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948 2014 Orkney grey Freelander SD4 GS. 2004 Zambezi silver Discovery 2 Td5 (Gone) 1963 Surf blue Morris Mini Minor Super de Luxe (my little toy) |

I can see why you disagree. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:- Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip, Bluetooth Music Streaming Module. |

I was told that the "tampora flame" colour was used as an "introduction colour" to make the new model visible for the masses, only available to the -07 models. I have to admit that it is really stunning, making the car unike from the grey mass. Mine the day I bought it:

I wasn't for a moment suggesting that anyone changes their FL2 on the basis of what I think.

OK, I'll admit it, if I could still get (not at silly prices) all the G4 spec gear I had been considering adding them to Terry. That doesn't include the stickers. Not to be a G4 wanabee but to improve Terrys robustness while still using, in effect, Land Rover original parts.

IMO the chrome mirror caps and silver side vents don't help, change the caps to body colour (or black) and the side vents to black and it will improve things greatly I reckon. |

One of these went through BCA auctions at Paddock Wood yesterday with only 40k on it, I missed out on it by £100! |
