Its a diabolical mirror job. Ive a spare filter main housing at home from a 2010 car 34k miles. They are a brain teaser to install, ive done it as part of an engine change so i know it can be done. I think it was done before i fitted the inlet manifold (ive a spare one of those as well; the later one without Swirl flaps) 2010GS Auto ex Celeb, Santorini Black, 2011 facelift , spoiler, spats, mudflaps, LED footwell lamps, Witter detach,

Sounds a big job to change the whole assembly a last resort I think,I will change to a Mann filter/LR .clean the return valve when it's off.i will also measure the dia of both filters.can you change the oil filter without dropping the oil?.if the return valve is open all the time there should not be much oil in the filter when it's been stood. |
