Fitted led side lights all seemed ok but now they seem to stay on very dim but at night you can see them easily. Has anyone else had this happen if so what's the fix please. Turn off your TV turn on your brain

I've got LED bulbs as my front sidelights, supposed to be canbus (brought from a forum sponsor)
but these seem to hold a residual power for several minutes after switching off.

I just fitted LED side lights this week and very happy with them. Reading some of the issues here thought I’d update the thread with the details of the bulbs should anyone be interested...

I fitted some led front sidelight bulbs supplied by a certain orange/black coloured company, but as soon as fitted the bulbs were flashing like the indicators constantly so removed Confused . Will watch this thread with interest as would like to improve the lights purely for safety and not have to have the headlights on all the time.

To .... Help I'm lost,

Reinsert the LED bulb.

If it continues to flash ....... turn the bulb through 180 degs.

Reinsert the bulb.

Should work fine now Thumbs Up

If NOT ...... you need to place a resistor across the wires leading to the bulb holder, as the LEDs are NOT CanBus compatible.

Yorky Bob yes it was.
I've been around and driven Landrovers for 30+ years, but it amazes me just how much i'm learning since buying this FL2 last year and even more since joining this forum. Thanks guys.
